Turning an unfamiliar process into clear, manageable decisions with patient guidance from pre-approval through closing.
Meet Tyir
I believe real estate should feel informed, approachable, and centered on the person making the move—not just the transaction.

My story
I was raised in Ontario and now call Ontario Ranch home, giving me a personal connection to the communities I serve. I understand why people choose the Inland Empire—not only the homes, but the neighborhoods, growth, conveniences, and everyday lifestyle that make this area feel like home.
I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Communication. That background shapes the way I work: listening closely, explaining complex information clearly, building strong relationships, and keeping everyone aligned throughout the process.
My approach combines honest guidance, local knowledge, and intentional marketing. Whether someone is purchasing their first home, moving into the next stage of life, or preparing to sell, my goal is to make the experience feel organized, understood, and genuinely supported.
What I specialize in
My reviews consistently reflect patience, communication, local knowledge, responsiveness, problem-solving, and a commitment to making clients feel supported.
Turning an unfamiliar process into clear, manageable decisions with patient guidance from pre-approval through closing.
Helping clients coordinate the sale of one home with the purchase of the next while keeping the larger plan in focus.
Bringing firsthand knowledge of Ontario Ranch and the Inland Empire—from neighborhoods and new construction to lifestyle and value.
Staying responsive, explaining what matters, solving problems early, and negotiating with each client’s priorities at the center.

Outside of real estate
When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me swimming, spending time at the beach, watching a great movie, or going to a concert. I also love hanging out with my dog, Lexie, who brings plenty of personality to everyday life.
Those interests keep me connected to the lifestyle side of homeownership—the routines, people, pets, and experiences that make a place meaningful.
Let’s connect
