Ontario Ranch community guide

Grand Park

Established, connected and recreation-oriented

Grand Park is an established Ontario Ranch residential community with Lennar-built homes and a community association centered on shared recreation.

Community overview

What to know about
Grand Park.

Grand Park was developed with several original Lennar home collections, including detached and courtyard-style residences. Today, buyers will primarily encounter resale opportunities rather than one single active builder offering.

Published association information describes a recreation center with a swimming pool, spa, clubhouse, dog park and playgrounds. Access, dues and rules should be confirmed through the current HOA documents for the property being considered.

The residential Grand Park community is not the same project as Ontario Grand Park, the large City of Ontario public park planned elsewhere in Ontario Ranch.
